Elk's Own Cocktail
1 1/2 oz. Blended whiskey
3/4 oz. Port
1 Egg White
1/4 juice of Lemon
1 slice Pineapple
1 tsp. Powdered Sugar
Shake all ingredients (except pineapple) with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Add the pineapple slice and serve.
